Analog okumalı viskozimetre ler çeşitli kalite kontrol uygulamaları için düşük maliyetli çözüm sunar. Viskozite ( Akışkanlık ) Analog göstergeden kırmızı ibre yardımı ile okunur ve Brookfield tarafından hazırlanmış özel bir tablo ile gerçek cP ( centipoise ) veya mPa.s ( miliPaskal saniye ) olarak  belirlenir. Ölçülecek viskozite aralığına göre LV, RV, HA veya HB model bir viskozimetre seçilir.

DV-I+ Serisi Viskozimetre ler

DV-I+ serisi viskozimetreler viskozite ve %tork ölçümü için dijital gösterge ve tuş takımı olanağı sunar. Ayrıca %tork için 0-1 VDC analog çıkışı vardır. 18 farklı spindle hız seçeneği ile esnek ölçüm yeteneğine sahiptir. Tüm cihazlar viskozite aralığına göre spindle seti ve laboratuvar taşıma çantası ile birlikte teslim edilir.

DV-II+ Pro Serisi Programlanabilir Viskozimetre

Programlanabilen DV-II+ Pro model Brookfield viskozimetre, DV-I+ serisinin tüm özelliklerine ek olarak standart ısı probu ile ölçüm sıcaklığını gösterir, RS-232 portu ile veri alışverişi yapar (özel yazılımı ile) ve ek aparatlar ile ‘Shear Rate’ ve ‘Shear Stress’ değerlerini gösterir. Tüm DV-II+ Pro viskozimetre modelleri 54 değişik dönüş hızı seçeneğine sahiptir. DV-II+ model viskozimetrelerin DV-II+ PRO modele evrilmesi ile sonucu REOCALC32 yazılımı ile hem bilgisayardan kontrol edilebilir hem de ölçüm verileri alınıp saklanabilir, grafiği çizdirilebilir.

DV-E Model Ekonomik Viskozimetre

DV-E ekonomik viskozimetreler ekonomikliği ve pratikliği Brookfield mükemmelliği ile birleştiren cihazlardır. Brookfield DV-E model Viskozimetre , ölçüm kriterlerinde kendi standartlarını belirlemiş bir cihazdır. Ölçüm parametrelerini kolaylıkla değiştirmeye olanak sağlar; birkaç tuşa basarak veya tuşu çevirerek kontrol edilir. Dijital göstergesi sayesinde kolay, kesin ve doğru olarak viskozite ve % torku okumayı olanaklı kılar. Üretim garantisi ile güvenli ve uzun ömürlüdür.

DV-III+ Model Programlanabilir Rheometreler

 DV-III+ Rheometreler 2.600 hız seçeneğine sahiptir (0.1 RPM’den 250 RPM’ye kadar). Rheocalc32 yazılımı ile kontrol edilebilir ve veri toplanabilir, ayrıca kendi belleğine de kayıt yapılabilir. DV-II+ Pro Viskozimetre gibi akışkanlığı ve ısıyı aynı anda gösterebilir ve gerekli aparatlarla ‘Shear Rate’ ve ‘Shear Stress’ değerlerini gösterebilir. 4 satır göstergesiyle bilgisayara bağlanmaksızın tuş takımı yardımıyla programlanabilir. 10 adet en az 25 işlemli test akışı kaydedilebilir. Bir kere programlandıktan sonra tüm işlemleri kendisi yapar ve eğer bir yazıcı bağlandıysa çıktısını otomatik olarak alır ve verileri kaydeder. Rheometre taşıma çantası, laboratuvar ayaklığı ve seçilen akışkanlık aralığına uygun spindle seti ile birlikte teslim edilir.

KU-I+ Model Viskozimetre

 Krebs birimlerinde direkt gösterim ve ölçüm sürekliliği için yeni ve geliştirilmiş deney olanağı sunan KU-I+ viskozimetreler ; boyalar, kaplama maddeleri ve buna benzer maddeler ( mürekkep, yağ, vs.) için birincil test cihazıdır. LED göstergesiyle Krebs birimlerini 0,1 KU çözünürlüğünde ve Gram değerini de 1 gm çözünürlüğünde gösterir. Ölçüm aralığı 40 ile 141 KU ; 32 ile 1099 gm, doğruluğu ±%1 ve tekrarlanabilirliği ±%0,5 ‘tir. Çıkışına yazıcı bağlayarak dosyalama kolaylığı sağlar. Kolay kullanımlıdır, hafiftir rahat taşınır, sektör standartlarına ( ASTM D562 ) uygun üretilmiştir.

CAP 1000 & CAP 2000 Serisi Viskozimetre ler

Yüksek Kesme Aralıklı ( Shear Rate ) Viskozimetre ler

 CAP viskozimetreleri yüksek kesme aralıkları (150 ile 26.600 s^-1) için üretilmiştir. Birincil uygulama alanı boyalar, reçineler ve kaplama ürünleri ( spreyler, fırça ürünleri, vs.) ‘dir. En uygun kullanım alanları Kalite Kontrol veya Araştırma ve Geliştirme çalışmalarında kolay ve hızlı ölçüm yapmak gerektiren yerlerdir (numuneyi koyup ölçüm yapmak ve temizleyip tekrar ölçüme hazır hale getirmek 2 dakika gibi kısa bir sürede yapılır). İki sıcaklık aralığında ölçüm yapmak için seçilir; Düşük sıcaklık: 5° ile 75° C, Yüksek sıcaklık: 50° ile 200° C. Akışkanlık ölçüm aralığına göre altı çeşit koni mevcuttur. Bir adet spindle CAP viskozimetre lerinde standart olarak bulunur.

Dial Reading Viscometers are low cost instruments suitable for a variety of quality control applications. Viscosity is measured by reading the number on the dial indicated by the red pointer. Brookfield provides a lookup table which converts this number to a viscosity value in units of centipoise (cP) or milli-Pascal seconds (mPa·s). The choice of series (LV, RV, HA, HB) is based on the viscosity of the product(s) to be measured.

DV-I+ Serial Viscometers

DV-I+ Viscometers provide digital display of viscosity (cP or mPa·s) and % torque with analog signal output (0-1vdc). These instruments have 18 speeds. All instruments are shipped with spindles (4 for LVDV-I+, 7 for all others), Lab Stand and Carrying Case.

Programable DV-II+ Viscometers

Programmable DV-II+ viscometers include DV-I+ features and add temperature measurement and display, RS232 signal output (allowing use with Wingather software) and display of shear rate and shear stress when using coaxial cylinder or cone and plate geometry. DV-E Economy Digital Viscometers

The DV-E combines economy and ease of operation with traditional Brookfield excellence. The Brookfield DV-E has set a new world standard for value in viscosity measurement. Simplified controls allow operators to change test parameters quickly with the push of a switch and turn of a knob. The digital display ensures easy and accurate readout of test results for simultaneous measurement of viscosity and torque. Quality of manufacture guarantees reliable performance and long life.

DV-III Programable Rheometers

DV-III Programmable Rheometers offer 2,500 rotational Speeds (from 0.1 RPM through 250 RPM in 0.1 RPM increments), PC control with optional Rheocalc Software (available in DOS or Windows versions) and test program storage with or without PC control. Similar to DV-II+, DV-III measures viscosity and temperature simultaneously and displays shear rate and shear stress when using coaxial cylinder or cone/plate geometry. The DV-III features a 4 line gas plasma display for measurement parameters and may be programmed in stand-alone mode from the keypadwithout a computer. The instrument will store 10 test programs, each of which may have up to 25 steps. Once written, the Rheometer will run the test and if equipped with a serial printer, print the results automatically and store the results. Download to a printer or PC can occur whenever the user chooses. DV-III Rheometers are supplied with spindles for use in a 600 ml Low Form Griffin Beaker (4 with LVDV-III, 7 with all other models), Power Base, Laboratory Stand and Carrying Case.

CAP-1000 and CAP-2000 High Shearrate Digital Viscometers

The CAPviscometer is designedfor high shearrate 150 to 26,600 sec-1)tests of materials. Primary applications include paints, inks, resins, and coatings (simulating rolling, brushing and spraying ). Theease of usemakesthis an ideal instrument for Quality Control orResearch and Developmentapplications requiringquick and easytesting (sample can be loaded, a reading taken and the instrument cleaned and made ready for the next test in less than 2 minutes!). Plate and Cone
Brookfield Cone and Plate Viscometers/Rheometers are instruments designed to measure small sample volumes at defined shear rates. These instruments are used with a circulating water bath for precise temperature control. Advantages include: Small Sample Volume: 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 ml depending on cone spindle choice. Very Good Temperature Control: The small volume of sample relative to the mass of the cone and plate means that sample comes to test temperature immediately. Wide Measurement Range: Cone/Plate instruments are available in all the standard Brookfield torques (i.e. LV, RV, HA, HB). The 5 available Cone Spindles provides great versatility.

High Pressure and PVS Rheometers For High Heating

The PVS is a dynamic coaxial cylinder, controlled shear rate rheometer allowing quick and easy viscosity measurements under pressure at temperatures where sample boil-off is a problem. The PVS can be used to simulate process conditions for small fluid samples in a laboratory benchtop environment. Applications include chemical compounds containing volatile materials, oil industry, drilling muds and fracturing fluids, processed foods, polymers and paints. Any test sample requiring absolute viscosity measurement under totally enclosed conditions is a viable candidate.
